I got them as part of the package tour so I didn't have any choice. Bear with me coz this will be a bit long since this will be over a span of 3 days. Well, an early celebration was hosted by our Filipino friends here in Fukuoka last Saturday, December 22. For three weeks before that, we've been having our weekly Kris Kringle - something red for the 1st week, warm for the 2nd, and funny for the 3rd. I got to pick Mark as my monito for this year. So for something red, I got him a red necktie; a few packs of coffee to warm him up (yeah, I know how boring), and a pair of pink boxer shorts with *ahem* mature prints on them...ahahah.. well that one made me laugh. We met Lex and Ryan at Hakata station at around 4:30 in the afternoon last Saturday and took a cab to Marj's place, somewhere I can't remember. harhar. At first we were quite hesistant to go coz the fee was quite expensive. And since we're saving up for Osaka, 5000en spent one time big time kinda makes your heart sink. >.< But, since they were kind enough to give us a trainee discount of 2000-en (weeeeee), Geno and I got to experience our first Japanese-Year-End-Party. Ofcourse, we knew that our noses would be streaming with blood because of Nihongo, but then it was for the experience. And I'm really glad we went. I got up at around 6:50 and took a bath in my tiny bathroom. There was hot water so the bath was goooood. I met up with Rouie and Geno at the canteen for breakfast at around 7:40. Wednesday apparently is a buffet day. You probably think that after some time I'll be stopping this one as well. Well I'm here to tell you that "Hey! You'll probably be right at some point in time, so I won't even try to disagree" hahaha =P Yeah, I'm really not into writing. I don't think it's my "thing". I write letters and cards, but rarely about my experiences, even more about my EVERYDAY life. I'm not a whiner. You probably won't get to read much about the bad things that happened to me.
